Slate’s iteration is Dear Prudence, which is now dutifully embodied by New York Times bestselling author Mallory Ortberg. Her advice is pretty solid and she often has help answering thorny questions from friends like writers Roxane Gay, Lindy West and Bim Adewunmi.
